Birthdate & deathdate used from Sfulk which is information she received from Elizabeth Harris: His parents and birth date from Bridget McCartney Rogier, whose notes also include a copy of his memoir and other information. Bethania graveyard gives death date and "age 89 years, 5 months, 18 days." first Moravian Church, York, Pennsylvania gives his birth date as March 2, 1704, in Kuckischberg, Canton Berne, Switzerland, and lists the children through Joseph, born 1761.

1773-Isaac Crawle bought Peter's land in Frederick County. This land would be in the vicinity of the present Catoctin Furance and Camp David, which is the presidential retreat.

1776-Peter Binckele was a wagoner in the Revolutionary War. He is listed in Public Accounts of the State of NC. And, he is mentioned in The Records of Moravians in NC, Vol III, P1125, "#8 by Peter Pinkley, his wagon in the Cross Creed Expedition as a Baggage and Provision Wagon for the Militia of Surry Co., NC, for 22 days. He was a Moravian minister."

Records of the Muddy Creek Reformed Church by William J. Hinke, Vol 1 & 2:
lists Peter Binckele and Magalene as serving as witnesses for baptism of daughter, Elizabeth, of Marx Binckely and Magadlene. Date was November 11, 1787.

Records of the Swamp Reformed Church of Little Cocalico in West Cocalico Township, Lancaster County, 1788-1882, by William J. Hinke: lists baptism December 14, 1800, Peter Binckle and Magdalene ?, daughter Anna Maria. Sponsors were Peter Binckle and Margaret (great grandfather and first wife, D.F.B.)

Information from published Moravian Church records ["Records of the Moravian Church, York, Pennsylvania, Soul Register of the Congregation and Society and their children in Yorktown in the year 1780", published in Pennsylvania Vital Records from The Pennsylvania Genealogical Magazine and The Pennsylvania Magazine of History and Biography, Genealogical Publishing Company, Baltimore, 1983] is that Peter and Anna Maria's last two children were unnamed twins born 1 Sept. 1745 and that they were either stillborn or died shortly after birth as they are noted as being unbaptized. Also I show only fourteen children. Jacob, born 1736, is not their child. Peter did have a son named Jacob, born 8 Oct. 1767, by his second wife Anna Maria Margaretha Geiger, the widow of John Shemel.
